Hasp has no accounts. Your app choices, keys and lock history stay on your iPhone. Which apps you block is handled by Apple’s Screen Time; Hasp cannot see app names.

Anonymous product events

With analytics on, Hasp sends a small number of usage events (for example “lock started” or “purchase completed”) to a receiver we run on Cloudflare, so we can see where the app fails people. Each event carries a random identifier made by this install: it links events from one install to each other, but not to you or your Apple ID. No GPS or precise location, contacts, app names or advertising identifiers.

Switching analytics off in Hasp → Settings stops sending and deletes the events still waiting on the phone. Events already received are kept for up to 13 months and then deleted automatically. Because they carry no name, email or Apple ID, we can’t pick out yours to delete them sooner.

This website

The site sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. It counts page views and taps on the App Store button: the page, the name of the site you came from, and the country Cloudflare reports. No IP addresses or identifiers are stored; these counts are also deleted after 13 months.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
